These spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
To reserve a premium space, payment in full must be received 30 days prior to school dates.

Tent Camping Fee $10.00 Per Day
Additionally we also offer spaces for our guests that prefer to camp in Tents within the grounds of the park at $10 per night. This fee includes the use of the on-site shower facilities.

Lake Sugar Tree Lodge Fee $150.00 Per Day
(Our "Lodge" is actually a Vintage Farm House that will sleep Eight)

Please direct all reservation and payment questions to the Lake Sugar Tree Motorsport Park office (276)650-1158. Business Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm (Eastern Time). Please make all Cashier Checks or Money Orders payable to Lake Sugar Tree Motorsport Park.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Written notice is required to receive a full refund of your Camping and/or Lodging Fee's. Please ensure that it will arrive no later than 72 hours prior to your reservation date.
