Saturday and Sunday Practices

The MX, Stadium, Cross Country and our new Practice Track will be available on scheduled dates between the hours of 10:30am and DUSK UNLESS otherwise stated – check schedule prior.  Riders will need to be off the track 30 minutes prior to dusk allowing enough time to load bikes and cleanup pit area.  Gates willl open at 10:30am and will be closed at Dusk.

Thursday Night Practices

The Stadium track will be available on scheduled dates between the hours of 5:00pm and 10:00pm UNLESS otherwise stated – check schedule prior.  Riders will need to be off the track 30 minutes prior to closing to allowing enough time to load bikes and cleanup pit area.  Gates will open prior to 5:00pm for early arrivals and will be closed at 10:00pm. 

PRACTICE RIDERS MUST BE AN ACTIVE AARA CLUB MEMBER.  THE MEMBERSHIP PROVIDES THE RIDER WITH A $10,000 MEDICAL POLICY TO BE USED AS EITHER PRIMARY OR SECONDARY COVERAGE WHILE AT AN AARA TRACK. THE MEMBERSHIP ALSO PROVIDES A DISCOUNT PERSCRIPTION CARD AND OTHER BENEFITS AS WELL. See "AARA" pamphlet for more details.   

MEMBERSHIP CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE MAIN GATE OR YOU CAN STOP BY THE OFFICE MON THRU FRI 8:00am till 4:30pm (except holidays) – call ahead (276) 650-1158.

THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP'S AVAILABLE DAILY & ANNUAL. BOTH HAVE AN ANNUAL NEW MEMBERSHIP FEE OF $35.00 PER RIDER. This membership gives $10,000 worth of medical insurance to the rider and coverage is for anytime they ride on any AARA Track and includes anytime they are riding on an Open Practice weekend.

Daily Membership provides access to the track during open practice hours for 1 year from date of purchase.

          DAILY MEMBER PRACTICE FEE: $15.00 PER RIDER PER DAY.

Annual Membership provides the rider with everything the Daily Membership provides ALONG WITH unlimited practice at no additional cost PLUS free gate entrance and 1 free practice at each LST promoted race.
Members Only.

          ANNUAL MEMBER FEE: $200.00 PER RIDER good for one year from date of purchase.

Members are required to follow all Membership Rules.

Practice Riders that are interested in camping over night on Fridays and/or Saturdays during practice weekends may.  Campers must sign all release and agreement forms – see track official.  Camping at lake Sugar Tree Motorsport Park is at your own risk.
